Special Notes

Due to the time constraint, the Top lifters in each weight class (based on total starting weights) will be invited to compete.
Selected lifters will be contacted via email/WhatsApp to complete registration fee payment.
Stand-by lifters may be called in to fill any remaining slots after the confirmation deadline.
Winners of each LW / MW / HW category will be determined by the lifted-weight-to-body-weight ratio (total lifted / body weight).
The event will be conducted in accordance with the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) rules and regulations, and officiated by certified judges from the Sri Lanka Powerlifting Federation (SLPF).
Athletes currently banned or suspended by the IPF or SLPF are not eligible to participate.
